How to start mining: Zelcash
Zelcash is the underlying asset of the Zel Ecosystem. Zelcash was born as a fork of the Zcash chain and recently migrated to a mixed PoW / PoS mechanism in which 75% (112.5 ZEL) of the block reward goes to miners and 25% (37.5 ZEL) to node operators.
Zel Ecosystem
The Zel Foundation is in charge of the development of the Zel Ecosystem which is composed of the following products:
Zelcore: a multi-asset light or full node encrypted wallet that’s easy-to-use. Zelcore supports more than 100 different assets, multiple accounts and has built-in integration with Binance DEX and more.
ZelID: is a simple and secure authentication cross-platform authentication protocol which is strengthened with decentralized 2FA. It’s available on mobile (iOS and Android) as well as all the major OS (Windows, Linux and MacOS).
ZelNodes: serve as the foundation of the Zel Ecosystem. This mesh of decentralized computing power not only participates in the chain consensus but will also help to secure and host the rest of the Zel Ecosystem offerings.
ZelEx: it’s a decentralized exchange that will run on top of the current set of Zel nodes, ensuring low-latency connectivity and no downtime. Coming soon.

Monitoring revenue and miner performance on Luxor
Once you’ve started hashing, grab yourself a beer! It’ll take about 5 minutes for your worker to appear on our stats page. To find your user, simply go to mining.luxor.tech and type in your wallet address at the top of the searchbar. You should see something like this:
